Rice, however much you’re going to eat
Chinese TCM Green Sauce:
Spring onions, chopped
Ginger, grated
A LOT OF GARLIC, minced
Vegetable oil, 1-2 tbsp
Recipe
1. Stir fry your beans (or any veg) with a bit of garlic, pinch of salt, add some water at the end to steam it up.
2. Stir in your rice & chicken to warm it up. Plate and set aside.
3. Make your Chinese TCM Green Sauce!! Heat up your oil and pour over all your herbs in a heat proof bowl. Watch it sizzle & cook through. Add a touch of salt if you like, not necessary.
4. Drizzle the sauce over your chicken rice, ENJOY!
