Is BEDA’s fragrance-free?
Yes, 100%! We don’t use any added fragrance or essential oils in our skincare products. Any scent comes naturally from the raw ingredients themselves. We call it the smell of science.
Does BEDA’s skincare contain Salicyclic Acid? Is it safe for sensitive skin?
Yes — the entire BEDA range was designed with sensitive, reactive skin in mind. MATE contains 1.5% Salicylic Acid (BHA) balanced with soothing, barrier-supportive ingredients, while Radiance uses Brightenyl® as a gentler alternative to traditional Vitamin C for those who find brightening products irritating. The Vitamin Lip Serum focuses on nourishing and hydrating dry, sensitive lips without feeling heavy or sticky.
As always, everyone’s skin is different, so we recommend patch testing first.
Is it non-comedogenic? Will it clog my pores?
We thoughtfully formulate with modern actives and TCM extracts for acne-prone and sensitive skin.
What is the expiry date/shelf life?
Please refer to the PAO (Period After Opening) symbols labelled on the back of the bottle and the packaging.
How long will it take to see results?
You will see some immediate brightening and softening effects but generally speaking, a skin cycle takes between 4-8 weeks. The full benefits of the product will be visible after a full skin cycle. It should be noted that healthy skin naturally requires a complementing lifestyle that may include healthy diet, exercise, quality sleep etc.
Can I use the Multi-Active Treatment Essence if I am breastfeeding or pregnant?
As the product contains Salicylic Acid (BHA), we recommend that you check with your doctor before using this product to ensure your safety. Our BHA is formulated at 1.5%.
