Walnut Milk:

  • Corn Silk 小米 30-49g

  • Fresh Chinese Yam 淮山 100g

  • Walnuts 核桃 10-12pcs

  • Chinese jujube dates 红枣 8-10pcs

  • Water, 500ml

  • Optional for taste: red skinned peanuts 6-8pcs

Prep

1. Clean and drain all the ingredients Don't forget to pit the dates!

2. That’s it! Add extra spring onion for garnish & taste to your liking. ENJOY

Method

1. Place everything into your blender.

2. Select the "Soy milk" or "Nut milk" function, that's it! Adjust the consistency to your liking with water.
