Pumpkin: 150g
Chinese Yam: 150g
Millet: 60g
Water: Appropriate amount
Recipe
1. Peel the yam, and cut the yam and pumpkin into small pieces. Set aside.
2. Soak the millet in water for 30 minutes beforehand.
3. Place all the ingredients in a pot and add an appropriate amount of water (use less water for thicker porridge, and more for a thinner consistency).
4. Cover the pot, bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 20 minutes until the pumpkin and yam are soft, and the millet has thickened into a porridge.
5. Serve while warm, ENJOY!
