  • 300g Pork Ribs

  • 200g Pumpkin, peeled and cut into chunks

  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce

  • 1 tbsp Shaoxing Wine

  • 1/2 tbsp Black Bean Sauce

  • 1/2 tbsp cornstarch

  • Salt and sugar to taste

Recipe

1. In a bowl, combine the pork ribs, soy sauce, Shaoxing wine, black bean sauce, cornstarch, salt, and sugar. mix well and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
2. Place the pumpkin chunks at the bottom of a steaming dish, then place the marinated pork ribs on top of the pumpkin.
3. Fill a pot with water and place the steaming dish into the pot, cover, and steam for about 30-40 minutes, or until the ribs are tender and cooked through.
4.Remove from the steamer, garnish with chopped green onions, serve warm with rice and enjoy!
