In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), the health of our skin is closely linked to our digestive system and menstrual health. This ancient wisdom emphasizes that by nurturing our internal organs, we can achieve vibrant, glowing skin.
One standout ingredient in this holistic approach is Chinese yam (Shan Yao), revered for its numerous health benefits. It nourishes our Yin, aids digestion, regulates menstruation, clears dampness & supports our spleen.
