1/2 pack shabu pork
1 tbsp sake
Japanese Wafu Dressing:
1 Tbsp grated onion
3 Tbsp neutral oil
3 Tbsp soy sauce
3 Tbsp rice vinegar
1 Tsp grated ginger
1 Tbsp sugar
freshly ground black pepper
1 tsp toasted white sesame
