Ingredients

  • Snow Mushroom 雪耳, 1 piece

  • Chinese Yam 淮山, 20g

  • Lily Bulb 百合, 10g

  • Fu Ling 茯苓, 5g

  • Apricot Kernels 南杏仁, 20g

  • Lotus seeds 蓮子, 10g

  • Water, 750g 

Prep

1. Soak apricot kernels for at least 8 hours.

2. Soak the mushroom in hot water for 10 minutes & drain.

3. Clean and drain the rest of the ingredients.

Method

1. Place everything into your blender.

2. Select the "Soy milk" or "Nut milk" function, that's it! 

3. Adjust the consistency to your liking with water or milk

4. Serve your smoothie bowl warm or cool. Sprinkle rose petals or goji berries to finish it off.
