But you know us — we don’t just stop at skincare. We believe beauty starts from within, and that what you eat can be just as nourishing for your skin as what you put on it. That’s why we’re we'll be sharing radiance inspired recipes every Wednesday featuring Snow Mushroom as the star ingredient. 

Ingredient & Benefit Breakdown

Snow Mushroom

TCM Function: Nourishes the yin, moistens dryness, and promotes lung and kidney health.
Skin Benefit: Provides intense hydration, improving skin moisture levels and elasticity, while promoting a plump, dewy complexion.

Goji Berries

TCM Function: Tonifies the blood, strengthens the spleen, and enhances overall vitality.
Skin Benefit: Rich in antioxidants, they help combat free radical damage, boosting skin radiance and improving tone and texture, while also supporting collagen production for firmer skin.

Jujube Dates

TCM Function: Tonifies the liver and kidneys, strengthens the blood, and improves vision.
Skin Benefit: Packed with vitamins C and E, goji berries help protect against sun damage, reduce fine lines, and brighten the skin, giving it a youthful, glowing appearance.

Coconut Milk

TCM Function: Moistens dryness, nourishes the body, and strengthens the lungs and stomach.
Skin Benefit: Rich in fatty acids and vitamins, coconut milk provides deep hydration, soothes irritated skin, and promotes a soft, smooth texture, while also enhancing skin's natural barrier.

Recipe

  • Snow mushroom
  • Goji berries, a handful
  • Jujube dates, 1-2
  • Lotus seeds, a handful, optional (Can add walnuts too)
  • Water, 400ml
  • Coconut milk/cream, 100ml

Method

  • Wash your dry ingredients. 
  • If you have a Chinese soy milk maker, just throw in all the ingredients and tap the soy milk function.
  • To cook this on stovetop, add all ingredients except coconut milk into your pot, simmer for 20-30 minutes. 
  • Let cool & blend with coconut milk in your regular blender. 
  • Adjust consistency with water or coconut milk to your liking.
  • Have it warm, cold, however you like. Store in the fridge and enjoy!
