Black Seed Oil Ginger Tea Recipe & Bedaskin Thermos

Black Seed Oil Tea That Boosts Hydration, Detoxes & Promotes Blood Circulation

Hey friends & lovers,

Welcome to Week 2 of the Ramadan Skin Food Series! Today, we’re making a new favorite—Ginger Lemon & Honey Tea, featuring black seed oil as the star ingredient.

Did you know?

Black seed oil is rumoured to have been used by the pharaohs and has the ancient reputation of being a natural remedy for "anything and everything except death". Just a few drops in your tea can be an easy way to introduce this special ingredient into your routine.

Hydration is so important during ramadan, because let's be honest — the hardest part isn't the food but the lack of water. But drinking plain water gets boring so why not spice it up with a flavourful tea that's good for you inside and out? Let's get into it.

Black seed oil, also known as Habbatul Barakah (the seed of blessing), has been used for centuries in traditional medicine for its powerful healing properties. It's packed with antioxidants, anti-inflammatory compounds, and essential fatty acids. It’s also known to help balance blood sugar levels, improve circulation, and promote gut health—all of which are key for overall well-being.

In skincare, its antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties make it great for soothing acne and keeping your skin barrier strong. Basically, it’s one of those ancient remedies that science keeps proving right.

Ingredient & Benefit Breakdown

Black Seed Oil

Known for its antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties, black seed oil helps soothe irritated skin, combat acne, and strengthen the skin barrier. Internally, it supports immune function, balances blood sugar levels, and promotes gut health, all of which contribute to clearer skin.

Ginger

A powerhouse for digestion and circulation, ginger helps reduce bloating and supports healthy blood flow, which brings more oxygen and nutrients to the skin. Its anti-inflammatory properties also help calm redness and irritation.

Lemon

High in vitamin C, lemon juice boosts collagen production for firmer, brighter skin. It also aids digestion and detoxification, helping to clear out impurities that might otherwise show up as breakouts.

Honey

A natural humectant, honey helps keep skin hydrated and glowing. It also has antibacterial properties that support gut health, which plays a key role in reducing skin issues like acne and sensitivity.

Turmeric

Rich in antioxidants and curcumin, turmeric fights inflammation, reduces breakouts, and promotes an even skin tone. It also supports liver detoxification, which helps flush out toxins that can lead to dull or acne-prone skin.
