For this week, heres a recipe that is made for you if you like chocolate AND you like healthy skin food with a TCM twist. These viral frozen chocolate yoghurt bites are easy to make and hits those sweet tooth cravings.

Snow Mushroom

- Greek Yoghurt

- Crushed Pistachios
- Dark Chocolate
Method
- Prep your Snow Mushroom Coconut Smoothie
- Mix your smoothie with greek yoghurt, honey and berries
- Scoop round dollops on baking paper and let freeze until hardened
- Coat frozen yoghurt dollops with dark chocolate
- Sprinkle crushed nuts/pistachios on top
- Freeze until hardened and enjoy!
